About Sofie
My path to singing has never just been about technique – but about understanding the voice as an expression of the whole person. Since 2012, I have worked with singers at all levels, from beginners to professional artists. My foundation lies in complete vocal technique (CVT), a research-based method that provides clear, sustainable results and a stable technical base. At the same time, my work has developed over time into something more holistic. Today, I integrate voice, body and inner processes in my teaching. I work intuitively and use tools from, among others, somatic work, Internal Family Systems and Human Design to support each student in finding their own, authentic expression. For me, singing is not about fitting into a template – but about understanding how you work, and creating conditions where your voice can develop naturally and sustainably. I have worked internationally as a singing coach and teach in Swedish, English and Danish, both online and physically. In my sessions, I meet you where you are, with a focus on presence, clarity and respect for your own process. For those who are curious, there is also room to explore the deeper dimensions of the voice, where intuition, creativity and sometimes even more spiritual perspectives can take place as part of the process.

My teaching goes beyond traditional singing technique. For me, the voice is not just an instrument – it is a direct extension of your nervous system, your identity and your truth. Many who come to me can already “sing” – but hold back, overthink or do not feel completely free in their expression. Here we work on creating security in the body so that your voice can truly take its place. In my lessons, I integrate singing technique with nervous system regulation, intuitive expression and deeper self-contact. I am inspired by Human Design and a holistic approach to voice and creativity, among other things. We work with: - Grounded and liberating singing technique - Releasing tension and blockages in the body - Self-expression, authenticity and artistic identity - Stage presence and daring to be seen and heard - Moving from control to trust in your voice - Creativity, intuition and own expression The lessons are completely tailored to you – regardless of whether you are a beginner or have been singing for a long time. The most important thing is not your level, but your desire to express yourself more freely. A lesson is usually 60 minutes. I have several years of experience in private singing lessons and artist development, and my focus is always to meet you where you are – without pressure or performance. The goal is that after each session you will feel more at home in your voice, with concrete tools and a deeper connection with yourself. This is not traditional singing lessons – but a process where you can stop holding back and start using your voice as it is actually meant to be.
