About Winnifred
Technical precision drives my teaching because many students arrive after previous methods failed. I prioritize immediate fluency over rote recall to build lasting independence. You will stop needing my guidance once these patterns solidify.
My instruction centers on chord voicing, hand independence, jazz improvisation, rhythm, and timing alongside classical repertoire. Expect a 10.0 standard of execution. I currently serve students seeking a structured path to mastery.

Since students gain confidence through clear progress, our time together feels like a focused workshop. We start with a diagnostic playing assessment before establishing a concrete learning plan that avoids vague reading.
These sessions emphasize setting short, actionable work between meetings to ensure consistent momentum. My background at the Manhattan School of Music informs the way I break down complex hand independence and jazz improvisation.
You receive specific exercises designed to address your unique technical hurdles. These small wins create a bridge toward total autonomy. You will find that solving these mechanical puzzles creates a rewarding sense of musical clarity.
