About Justin
I am an athlete with 11 years of experience competing in track and field and cross country. I have been a team captain with responsibilities similar to a coach for two years I am also a NFHS Accredited Coach. I have coached a group as large as 100 in a team environment and more focused coaching for individual goals.

I teach through example, so I will be doing everything alongside students. One principle I believe in is the power of repetition. Training the body is all about building muscle memory that will lead to correct technique without even thinking about it.
