About Olivera

I've always been fascinated by music's power to transform and inspire. It's my language, my anchor, and an enduring love. I truly believe everyone deserves to experience the joy of making music, which is why I'm here to share my knowledge and experience with all who are ready to embark on this beautiful journey.

About the lesson

Have you ever wished you could effortlessly read and understand any piece of music put in front of you? Do you want to truly hear and internalize what's written on the page, transforming abstract symbols into vibrant sound?

My passion lies in the very foundation of music: solfeggio and music literacy. While I've spent countless hours with my instrument, my deepest understanding and joy come from decoding melodies, feeling rhythms, and bringing music to life directly from the score. I have a natural knack for both singing melodic exercises with precision and mastering complex rhythmic patterns.

This course is designed to equip you with the essential skills to:

Read Standard Music Notation: Learn to confidently navigate the staff, clefs, note values, and rests.

Develop Your Ear: Through practical sight-singing exercises, you'll train your ear to recognize pitches and intervals, a fundamental skill for any musician.

Master Rhythm: Understand and accurately perform various rhythmic patterns, ensuring your playing is precise and expressive.

Build Musical Comprehension: Gain a holistic understanding of how music is structured, allowing you to interpret and perform any piece with greater insight.

Whether you're a budding musician on any instrument, a singer looking to improve your sight-reading, or simply someone eager to finally understand the written language of music, I'm here to provide clear, engaging, and effective guidance. We'll work through comprehensive exercises, build your confidence, and open up an entirely new dimension of your musical journey.

Ready to unlock your full musical potential? Let's dive into the fascinating world of notes and rhythm!

Olivera is one of the most patient people I have ever met. We have been friends for a long time, so I can tell you that I know her well. She is a very intelligent being. She tries to look at every situation and obstacle from multiple angles, and easily comes up with a good solution. She is very reasonable and easy to communicate with. I believe she is an equally excellent professor and pedagogue. We have collaborated on several occasions in trios and quartets, and I confirm that Olivera is an incredibly responsible person. I absolutely recommend that you be Olivera's student because you will have one hundred percent certainty of acquiring new knowledge correctly.
