About Liz
Looking to share the mindfulness practices I've learned from years of yoga teacher trainings, meditation retreats and personal practice.
Trainings and experience:
200-hr Hatha Yoga and 400-hr Core Power Vinyasa.
10-day Vipasana retreat.
I am trained in Reiki energy clearing and chakra cleansings/readings (similar to psychic readings but not quite - for more details I can explain over the phone or via e-mail).
I work with animals full time and have learned a lot about the importance of meditation and energy healing from working with pets. This is my part time passion - a way to share the many benefits of mindfulness practices with others!
